Game News: Call Of Duty Servers Update

So I've managed to get on to the Call of Duty website and changed my location to the UK and the server rating goes from 1 which is the lowest and 5 which is the strongest and as soon as you click the UK symbol in the top left hand corner it changes from 5 to 3 then back again so something is going a bit strange, what I will suggest to anybody that is having this problem is to restart your router and console at the same time, this has let me on after five attempts so I am still not convinced that it is 100% sorted.
