It has been revealled recently that the much anticipated game from Ubisoft will indeed end Desmond Miles' story within the Assassin's Creed series. When questioned about the iconic games the lead designer Steve Masters said that they were 'trying to bring some finality to Desmond's story' ending speculation amongst the die hard fans of the series.
Masters added that there would be a 'more direct story' as many fans are becoming tired of the mysterys of the previous games.
All of this is disappointing that Desmond is leaving us but it brings another question to light or rather several questions; will there be another Assassin? Who will it be? Is this to be the final game?
All we can do is enjoy the game when it hits our screens at the end of this month and wait in anticipation to see what Ubisoft will do next.
